We hired Lena to look after our 3 young kids in the evenings and she was amazing! The kids loved spending time with her and it's easy to understand why: Lena always found ways to connect with them to teach them about nature, space etc. She knows how to handle difficult situations with kids being tired etc. after a long day. We never heard them crying or screaming around her. Lena is extremely reliable and a great communicator. We were very sad to see her moving back to the east coast. She is truly a gem and you'll be lucky to have her as your nanny or babysitter.
