I am currently a sahm so I know what it is like to be bossed around by a toddler all day, while providing a nurturing, safe home with lots and lots of language and love. While working on my degree in communicative disorders, I worked as a lead pre school teacher while nannying for a family for 3 years, who I still work with for date nights, and emergencies ! After graduation, I pursued a career in speech pathology, where I maintain my licensure as a speech pathology language assistant. I left my job last year to stay home with our toddler which was the best choice for our family. I would love to chat further to see if we are a good fit. We love Leslie! She nannied for us on a daily basis for a few months before my daughter started daycare from a newborn to 6 months old. She is experienced with newborns and children of all ages. She still watched our daughter occasionally. She would sing and read to our daughter daily, do crafts, holiday photos, bath time, everything you can think. Leslie is great at keeping the kids entertained in educational ways. She is also very tidy and great with sticking to a routine.
