About Lexxa

Hi, my name is Lexxa, I am currently a junior/ senior student at TWU. I am studying Child Development with a minor in psychology; my future aspiration is to become a Child Play Therapist. I want to become the person that allows children to feel like they have a voice and are heard. I want them to know that they are loved! I have worked with children in schools and child care for 5 about years now. I also work as a substitute teacher for Denton ISD during the week at times. I am certified in CPR, and have been for the past 4 years now. I was a lifeguard over the summer, so I do stay up to date with all the trainings about medical necessities. Along with being a certified lifeguard, I am also certified in teaching swimming lessons. Through the American Red Cross. Fun facts about me are that I love to read, swim, and getting to know children, and try and helping them with any of their future goals. I can also help with Light Housekeeping and Cooking/ Meal Preparation.
