About Lidia

Hi! My experience caring for infants began in my teenage years when I had the opportunity to care for 2 girls (1 y. o and 5 y. o.) until their early teenage years. My most recent experience (as of 2024) has been with a 9-month-old baby boy (for 3 months until family moved away) and with a 6-month-old baby girl, whom I helped with PT exercises following PT instructions (worked for 6 months until family moved away as well). I strive for always promoting a positive learning environment. I follow the families routine/instructions and I'm always willing to learn and ask questions. I'm very communicative and keep parents updated. I like to use my qualities (e. g. loving, patient, playful/silly), skills and experience to enrich the quality of life of our young ones. I worked for 5 years in a Pediatricians medical office in Germany (0-18 y. o.). I was able to perform developmental exams and so much more. I am organized and detail oriented and a safe environment is always my priority.
