Lilia was booked to take care of my pets when I was out of town including one that has medical needs and she cancelled the day of the booking after we had multiple communications before that. She is unreliable and should not be trusted for your pet care needs. I had to scramble because I was out of town and my cats would have been un-fed for days. 0/10 would not recommend.
