Over the past 4 years of work I have had experience through the YMCA summer camp program, before and after care program, and preschool program. I have also moved up within the company becoming the Youth Development Manager for Aftercare and Camp. Since these four years through the Y I have learned to provide a safe, clean, and fun-filled environment for children. After coming into my Manager role I have gained skills on child behaviors and managing those. I love being around kids since a child's smiles always lights up the room! I am looking for a flexible schedule for the fact that I am getting back to finishing my associates degree then to ho onto my program of choice of Occupational Therapy. As of right now I am in the process of learning ASL through school. With that I am always willing to help with school and other light housework.
