About Lillian

I've been caring for children for over five years, and I'm passionate about making a positive impact on their lives. With my mix of calmness and fun, I create a safe and nurturing environment where children can thrive. I use a variety of methods to communicate with parents about their child's day, including verbal communication at pickup and regular updates via text or phone call. I have worked as a gymnastics coach and have taught some dance classes. I'm very comfortable enforcing household rules, and I believe in doing so in a positive and respectful manner. I enjoy playing a variety of games with children, including outdoor sports and physical games, board games and puzzles, and educational games that promote learning. I am a junior at UWM. I'm certified in CPR and First Aid. I'm also comfortable caring for children of all ages, from infants to preteens. I'm available to care for up to three children at a time, and I have a car to transport them to and from activities.
