I am passionate about working with children because they bring a unique joy to every interaction and I find helping them learn and grow rewarding. I love being part of their journey and creating a positive, nurturing environment where they can thrive. I have four years of experience in childcare, including two years as a camp counselor and two years as a camp manager. As a camp counselor, I was responsible for the daily care and supervision of groups of children, planning activities, and ensuring their safety and well-being. As a camp manager, I took on additional responsibilities such as managing schedules, and overseeing the overall camp operations. My extensive experience in both hands-on childcare and leadership roles sets me apart. I have developed strong organizational and problem-solving skills, and my background has given me the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and stay calm under pressure.
