About Lily

I'd describe my personality as reliable, adaptable and kind I like working with kids because I love helping them reach milestones. Kids constantly learn new things and I like helping them do so. As you teach them to become good kids, they also teach you a lot. I've learned so much patience and how to communicate better by working with kids. I started working with kids when was 14. I took care of 3 boys. I took care of 2-year-old twins and their 4-year-old brother for two summers, it was my first job. I also worked at a daycare for 2 years. Ive also nannied for a newborn and her 2-year-old sister. I've worked with every age from infant to pre k so I have a lot of experience with younger kids! In my spare time, I like to be out in nature I love to hike! I like to spend time with friends, family and try new things. My skills include compassion, patience and problem solving.
