I have no issues with how Lilly cared for our cats. My issue is with her pay. When we contacted Lilly, we asked her to care for our dog which required walking her 3 times a day. We also asked her to care for our two cats by feeding them and cleaning the litter box once per day. She came back with $400 for three days. This was fair for the level of effort we were requiring. I texted her back and told her that we would take the dog and leave two cats in her care once a day for 3 days. When we returned, I asked her how much I owed? She said $400....I was shocked and asked her how she figured that and she resent me the text where she quoted $400 for the dog and the cats. I explained that the level of effort was significantly reduced when we eliminated dog care. She didn't care and insisted that we owed her $400.00. This went back and forth for a bit and finally, I told her fine after it became evident that she would not return our house key and FOB unless I paid her $400.
