I'd describe my personality as kind, caring, and loving. I like caring for seniors because because I understand their needs and have compassion for their difficulties. Also, I cared for my parents until their passing. I'm looking for a job that allows me to make a difference in someone's life by keeping them engaged and embracing life to the best of their ability. I started caring for seniors when I volunteered to care for my own parents and parents of several close family friends from 2008 until each person's passing. In my spare time, I like to share game and movie nights with family. I spend time at the senior center working out, relaxing in the hot tub, or pool, I enjoy leisurely shopping, depending on what time allows. One thing you should know about me is I completely believe in being a good listener and giving hugs because everyone needs a hug at times. My skills include QMAP, medication dispensing, dementia training, and ADE, First Aid, and CPR training.
