My experience was spent as a site director for the Meadowlands Area YMCA . My responsibilities included but were not limited to overseeing all activities and programs for the children as well as supervising all staff at our school location. My passion for working with children is part of my nurturing personality, and to be able to watch them grow and thrive in the best and happiest surroundings. I value their happiness, opinion's, and love their individuality, and expression, with a balance of parental expectations, for a common goal so the children feel safe and secure in my presence.
