About Linda

I recently left teaching special needs youth in the classroom (as licensed Intervention Specialist - background check done in 2021). Whether with children or adults, I'm in love with learning and stimulating the creativity of others. In my 30s, I lived and worked on the grounds of a retirement home community and became an 'informal companion' to many, as we shared walks and meals. I am not a health-care provider, nor am I gifted in tending to the physical/bodily needs of another (just being honest). However, I am a GREAT and INTERESTING companion. I love engaging in conversation, yet I also value one's need for privacy, stillness, and mindfulness. I am an energy Reiki healer and believe in encouraging the empowerment of each person. Age does not diminish who we are. It simply makes us wiser... and that wisdom continues to exist within us, whether we can consciously call on it or not.
