Do not trust! I spoke with Lisa over the phone and agreed to 15 an hour for a rate. I met with Lisa and introduced to our kids and still 15 was acceptable. No signs that it was not. 3 days pass and the day before I need her services, she sends a text that 15 is not enough and that she would do it for no less than 20. The day before I had to start a new job. She baited me and tried to switch the rate at the last minute hoping that my situation would push me to accept 20. I did not hire her from that point.
