Hello! I have worked in childcare for the past 9 years including daycare and nannying full/part-time for families. I have worked while simultaneously going to school for Early Childhood Education for my Associate's degree and later my Bachelor's degree in Psychology. I have worked with children from 2 months to 6 years of age which has made me be passionate about Early Childhood Education. I am a big fan of Montessori method of education and finding out their interests to expand their learning from there. I am also a big fan of logging the child's daily routine and activities to optimize communication between parents and I. Amazing. Liz has been taking care of our daughter since she was 3 months old and she is now a year and a half. My daughter absolutely loves her, which is honestly all I need to know Liz is doing a wonderful job. Liz is responsible for wake up, diapering, meals, light clean up, nap time, taking my daughter out daily to either a pre determined activity like music class or story time, or outside to the park. We absolutely love Liz and I’m honestly a bit heartbroken that she will no longer be with us as my daughter will be starting daycare shortly. If it worked out, I would continue to have Liz work for us part time indefinitely!!! But she is looking for a full time position. Do not hesitate to reach out to Liz. She’s the best.
