my daughter had a hard time transitioning from the breast to the bottle and Lori-ann did not stop until she found a solution. now baby takes her bottle no problem. She takes great care of my princess. From pick up to drop off and sends hourly updates to keep my mind at ease while I'm working. As a new mom these hourly updates mean the world to me.
