I have been the primary direct care staff for adults with cognitive/developmental Diagnoses such as: Varying degrees of Alzheimer, dementia, speech delays, vision and hearing impairments. Experienced using a gait belt, hoyer lift, physical transfer- worked with people with Cerebral palsy, Para and quadriplegic limitations.
