About Lori

I love children and value helping families raise their children by providing a loving and patient environment while the parent's are away. I have raised two wonderful children as well as provided care for many nieces and nephews. I cherished being able to stay at home and raise my two children but also worked as a part time substitute teacher in the public schools for a total of 15 years. I have worked in full time ministry in our church heading up the Children's Ministry, Youth Group, Women's Bible Study and Mom's Reaching Mom's. I have a B. S. degree in Elementary Education. I have had the most success in providing childcare when the parents and I work together to create an environment of routine and healthy boundaries. I am organized, clean, thorough, and detail oriented. These are qualities that have helped me in many areas of life not just childcare and teaching.
