We hired Lorna twice to sit for our 10 month old and 3.5 yr old for date night. Lorna was super responsive via care.com, text and by phone. Lorna is responsible, trustworthy, has a calm, friendly energy and is great with taking direction. My kids took to her right away and I felt very comfortable leaving them in her care.
