About Lucy Gemma

Hello, my name is Lucy! I am 19 years old and currently a local college student. My experiences in babysitting have solidified my desire to make a positive impact on children's lives. I am very friendly and energetic, as well as patient and calm, which enables me to connect with children of various age groups (4-5, 6-11, 12+). I also have experience with special needs kids, as I volunteered for Calvary Community Church. I prioritize safety and follow the parents' lead in enforcing household rules, maintaining open communication with parents about their child's day. I also offer regular updates through their preferred method. Some of my biggest interests include art, spending time and playing outdoors, and music. I am very pet friendly, as I own two cats and a dog. I also enjoy tutoring and helping with homework, as well as picking up the kids from extracurriculars and taking them wherever they need to be. I'm happy to assist with cooking, meal preparation, and any housekeeping.
