About Luz

Note: I do not have any reviews on this site but I do have references! Hello, my name is Luz and I am queer and trans and use they/them pronouns. I have worked as a nanny and preschool teacher off and on since I was 20 years old (I'm 32 now). I love taking care of infants and toddlers especially but I have experience looking after children ages 11 weeks all the way through 10 years. I love exploring the natural world with children and teaching them about plants. I also love making art with children and I am especially interested in process-based art that follows a child's interest in sensory play or colors. I live in Portland and am currently available for part time work (up to 30 hours a week). A note about rates: due to my extensive experience as both a nanny and a preschool teacher my hourly minimum is $25/hr for one child.
