About Lynne Lori

I was a 24 hour a week companion for three years to a woman with Alzheimer's. I enjoyed many activities with my patient for those three years, we canoed, went swimming, hosted tea for other residents of her assisted living center, played cards, discussed life, wrote and read poetry and took long walks around a pond to feed the ducks. I also have done sporadic companionship/care for the mother of one of my best friends. I am good friends with one of my neighbors who has dementia. I bring her cooked dinners sometimes and she takes care of my dog sometimes. In addition to having worked one on one with seniors, I have also worked in group settings with seniors as a fitness coach and teacher. I am looking for a legal on the books long-term position. I am currently working until Christmas of 2014 with a family in Westchester County and am available for work at that point.
