About Mackenzie

Hello! My name is Kenzie and I'm so lucky to be a nanny! I believe children have as much to teach us as we have to teach them. I also believe it takes a strong community to raise kids, and would be honored to be a part of yours! I grew up as a city kid in Chicago, but I'm very grateful to have received an outdoor education from summers in rural Michigan. I love exploring outside with the kids I nanny, whether that be sledding, discovering new bugs and plants, or running through the park. I'm a certified yoga instructor and multi-medium artist, so sign me up for crafts or teaching emotional regulation through meditation. I have experience with many families including nannying for a young girl with autism in high school, and living as an au pair in Toulouse for three great kids (aged 3, 6, and 8). One of my greatest joys comes from being an aunt to my two wonderful nephews. I'm currently in between undergrad and grad, hoping to eventually earn a PhD in Psychology. Can't wait to meet you!
