About Mackenzie

I'm a creative and nurturing childcare provider with almost 10 years of experience caring for children between the ages of 1 and 12. My passion for fostering children's growth and development inspired me to become a caregiver. I also worked as a certified RBT for over one year, in which I helped young kids process their emotions and express them appropriately. As a friendly, fun, and easy-going person, I create a positive and engaging environment for children. I believe that play is essential for learning, so I enjoy playing board games, puzzles, and educational games that promote learning. I also love reading to children and helping them explore their imaginations. I know a decent amount of American Sign Language, so I love incorporating that into my kiddos' learning, especially the younger ones who are starting to mimic gestures and form words! I am also willing to help with cooking, meal preparation, and light housekeeping.
