About Mackenzie

Hey there, My name is Mackenzie, and my mission is to help people have more space in their lives to live with more joy and ease. I do this by helping with household tasks, errands, organization, childcare & eldercare. My experience in this field runs in my lineage and I've worked with children and elders for 10 years. My background is in non violent communication and I practice conscious communication and mindfulness. I am trained in somatic therapy and therapeutic touch and embody those practices. Empathy and responsibility are some of my core values. I pride myself on meeting people where they are and cultivating a deep sense of trust.
