About Mackinsey

My unique experience starts from watching my cousins while their parents worked, was an au pair (a caregiver hired to live with a family as an English speaking influence on their children) to being a full time nanny for over a year! My number one priorities are safety & having fun! I also can carpool and do household chores, etc. I am an excellent cook and enjoy healthy foods. My personality is responsible, creative, and empathetic. I am also funny. To me, children are honest, non-judge mental, and fun! I cherish my childhood and enjoy sharing that experience. I'm looking for a job that's creative and flexible. My babysitting began in middle school. I was a mother's helper to neighborhood children and cousins. My hobbies are traveling, cooking, and outdoor activities. My family is very important to me. I'm able to relate a child's behavior to their feelings, create interesting activities, and maintain order with patience and kindness.
