Hi everyone! My name is Maddie and I am a fourth year student at UC Santa Cruz. I am super excited to work with kids and have a super fun and safe time with them. I am confident, fun, kind, and flexible. I have experience with children from infants to age 15 from babysitting and as a Wilderness Leader at Camp Tawonga- a summer camp in Groveland where I led backpacking trips with bunks of kids into Yosemite National Park! I have experience cooking, cleaning, leading games and teaching nature lessons, among other things. I am CPR, WFR, First Aid, and lifeguard certified and am super willing to help with household chores and transportation, among other things. I am hoping to one day work at preschool and nature school so working with kids is right where I need to be. I am in school currently, so my schedule is a little funky, but super flexible when I can be and excited for the opportunity to work with some of your families!
