About Madison

I'd describe my personality as responsible, enthusiastic, creative, and caring. I like working with children because I enjoy watching the curiosity that they express as they discover the world around them. I thrive on creating a nurturing and supportive environment where children feel valued, heard, and encouraged to reach their full potential. Being a part of their journey as they grow, learn, and develop into confident individuals fills me with joy and a sense of purpose. I started working with kids when I was 13 years old. I have done one time babysitting jobs, as well as consistent jobs. In my spare time, I like to spend time with my family and dog, and be active outside. One thing you should know about me is I am very hardworking. I graduated with a bachelors degree in Early Childhood and Elementary Education. My skills include creating educational/fun activities, providing a warm/nurturing environment to children, proving support and opportunities for children's growth.
