Hello! My name is Maeve, I'm 22 years old and I'm the second oldest of four kids. I live in Holden and I am currently working as an extended day staff at an elementary school in Sudbury. (That being said, my availability is limited to mornings and weekends until the summer time). My previous job was a gymnastics coach for ages 1-8. We worked on cognitive learning as well as physical activity. I'm used to busy households. I have babysat for over 4-5 years. I've also lived with a family friend with toddlers. I have had individual jobs (babysitting on a weekend evening for example). And I have had long term jobs. I have taken care of younger kids (2 and 4-year-olds) as well as older, school age kids (7 and 11) and many in between. I have pets at home so I'm completely comfortable caring for animals. I love art and being outside. I love to have fun and make people laugh. Hope we can chat more!

Maeve was with us from March of this year until recently when she cut contact with me, providing no reasons as to why. When with us, her attendance was spotty though when she was here she was willing to be flexible in terms of schedule and always willing to help where she could. My boys adored her from day one as she has a very welcoming personality and was friendly with them, treating them like people. She was a bit less hands on at times than I preferred. Sitting on the couch while they played rather than engaging with them for example. Overall my boys were happy when she was with us and I was happy with the care she provided, though given her exit strategy I would not recommend her to another family as they may be left with no answers trying to explain to their children where she went.
