Hello families, I have been a full time career nanny for 5 years with a background in the child focused field for 10 years. I'm comfortable and confident with all age groups between newborn-8yrs old. I am also experienced with caring for multiple children at once and nanny shares. I really value & actively practice play-based learning, child lead activities, positive reinforcement, and to simply allow kiddos to have a say in their little lives by providing them with choices, and to ultimately provide space for them to navigate their day by providing a safe, encouraging, fun, and patient atmosphere while in my care.
