About Maggie

Hello I am a retired NYPD officer. I worked as a School aide for 6yrs. at S. I. Technical High School. I have also taught 5th grade children, CCD for 4yrs. in Richmond town. I enjoy interacting with children, particularly of younger age. I am imaginative, creative, kind, patient and energetic and I am quite comfortable with infants as well. I'd describe my personality as outgoing, happy, kind and patient I like working with kids because every child is special and unique. I enjoy seeing children learn and discover new things and understand different concepts. It is very gratifying being around children and experiencing their personalities develop. I'm looking for a job that is part time, perhaps two or three days a week. In my spare time, I like to enjoy and play with my pets. I also enjoy reading books and cooking. I spend time tending to my garden and occasionally, I like to complete jigsaw puzzles. I also like watching sports, particularly baseball.
