I have lots of experience with giving assistance and helping helping I have worked for a 89-year-old man with dementia who has recently just passed away on me and I was with him for a few years assisting him. I have a lot of patience a i'm very easy-going. I also have my BLS and first aid. I have my own car.

Malika made a great first impression, then red flags started showing. first she didn't remember that we talked about pay by check and demanded pay by cash. then on the 2nd day she just didn't show up until mid day because she had a "tire" appointment. Then she was always on her phone or watching TV and would completely ignore when the hospice people asked questions. on the last day of the week she demanded to be paid at 8a and then she decided she "deserved 45 hours" because she "never got a break". my mother in law sleeps a majority of the day and she is always on her phone and watching TV, then when she decided to leave and not come back. people like her give senior care a bad name.
