About Mallory

I'm an active, fun, and intentional mom of an even more active and fun toddler! I think that kids respond best to being kids, which includes crafts, using their imagination and being active. I avoid screen time and view it as a last resort. Life can be fun and exciting in the little things like reading books, doing puzzles, dancing around, and making up games! I love watching how kids' personalities develop! Children absorb so much and getting to see the world through their eyes is a gift. I have been working with kids since I was a teenager. I was a nanny in college, taught VBS, and have one of my own! I've been a working mom and a stay at home mom, and I understand how stressful childcare can be. I hope to remove that stress for you! I will treat your family with the same patience and love I treat my own. I try to understand a kids' perspective and relate to where they are at! I am CPR certified, love finding fun and educational activities, and can redirect undesired behaviors.
