About Maria

Maria has been an indispensable part of my mother’s care team for about 3 years. We could not have gotten through this difficult period without her. Maria is reliable and caring, of course, but as important, she constantly looks for ways to improve how the household is functioning, or how we can improve my mother’s physical and/or emotional health. Maria has improved the overall caregiving quality my mom received in numerous ways, from introducing a caregiver notebook so that all caregivers could communicate with each other to developing caregiver checklists so that nothing fell through the cracks to finding ways to alleviating my mother’s anxiety by verifying appointment times so that my mom worries less. Maria is always proactive in identifying and then solving problems so that the household functions better. She does a great job of communicating any issues that come up and letting me know of anything that needs my attention. She is my eyes and ears at my parent’s house, which significantly reduces my anxiety. And if i ask her to take care of something i know it will get done well. I can’t say enough good things about Maria, and I recommend her without reservation. We are in the process of moving my mother to assisted living now. Whoever hires Maria next will be very lucky to have her.
