Our amazing nanny started with us when our daughter was 1.5yrs old and has been wonderful over the last 1.5years. I want her to find a great next family. We will be out of the country for an extended period and will miss her so very much! Here's a few details: - Highly experienced with kids of all ages especially younger kids and toddlers - She's been a former Au Pair and has extensive experience - Drives and has her own car - Bilingual (speaks Spanish and English very fluently) - potty trained our daughter on her own - helps set and keep schedules and comes up with ideas to help the child - Very communicative, open, friendly and easy to get along with - Actively finds out the child’s interests and also gentle encourages them in areas of development - Takes amazing pictures of your kids as an added bonus! Our daughter has always been ahead with milestones and thrived under her care. She is very advanced in speech and social skills because she goes above and beyond to connect with other Nannies with kids around the same age in the neighborhood to do play dates and classes throughout the week.
