Hi! I am a creative, playful, and reliable person and have 6 years of experience working with children from ages 1-18 years old. I have worked with kids who are autistic, have intellectual disabilities, and who require tube feeding. I also worked as a program teacher for Heart House Dallas where I was responsible for 20 K-2nd graders. I modeled the classroom according to our Social Emotional Learning curriculum and loved seeing the positive impact it had on the kids. I am currently a grad school student at UT Tyler for Clinical Mental Health Counseling. My classes are in the evenings, so I am looking for a family that is in need of daytime assistance. Very good with kids, patient & kind. Keeps kids entertained & minimizes screen time (iPad, TV, etc.). My kids were always so excited to see her & kept asking for her long after she left. She's very reliable, flexible, & dependable. Highly recommend!
