About Maria

I'd describe my personality as reliable, compassionate and trustworthy I like caring for seniors because it gives me a sense of fulfillment when helping them with their health issues and I appreciate the wisdom and knowledge that they are able to impart while I listen to their stories! I'm looking for a job where I can use my nursing skills in a long term basis. I started caring for seniors before I went to nursing school to make sure that I was comfortable to be with them and it didn't disappoint. I loved being with them! In my spare time, I like to do gardening, cooking and spend time with my loved ones. One thing you should know about me is that I'm trustworthy and I do my best in caring for my patients. I stayed with my last patient for 13 years. My skills include monitoring vital signs, glucose monitoring, medication prompting, dementia and memory care & physical therapy.
