I follow the parents' preferred communication method, whether it be through verbal updates at pickup or written reports. When it comes to enforcing household rules, I am very comfortable setting boundaries and ensuring that children understand the importance of following them. I believe in positive reinforcement and age-appropriate discipline techniques. My favorite moments are spent engaging children in outdoor sports and physical games.
