Marianella is an angel on Earth. We found her shortly after moving into the area as I was preparing to return to work after maternity leave. We hired her full-time to care for our then 6-month-old, and she's since become a part of our family. She cares for our son as if he's her own grandson-- she plans activities for him, takes him on walks, prepares his snacks and lunch, and always gives him 100% of her attention every day. I know he is safe and happy with her. We love that she speaks Spanish and uses sign language with him. I work from home so I see most of their daily activities, but I love that she often sends me pictures to document the cuteness. There is nobody better than Marianella. Now that our son is 18 months old, we decided to enroll him in a nearby Montessori school so he could have more social interaction with his peers. We will miss Nella greatly and would rehire her in a heartbeat for our next baby. She's always on time, communicative, and friendly-- an absolute joy.
