About Marissa

Hello! I am a very patient and compassionate young woman who loves working with children! Between 2015 and 2019 I worked as a volunteer and paid intern at a camp in Cleveland for those with and without disabilities such as autism, ADHD, and Down syndrome. In 2018 and 2019 I was a full time nanny over the summer for a family with two children under the age of three. In 2018 and 2019 I worked at the OSU Child Care Program where I primarily engaged children in age-appropriate play while ensuring their safety. Since March 2021, I have been working at the Nisonger Center's Early Learning Program, an inclusive day care. I am experienced with disabilities such as autism, Down syndrome, ADHD, cerebral palsy, cystic fibrosis, dwarfism, deafness, blindness, Treacher Collins Syndrome, and other rare genetic disorders. I am available for occasional date nights and weekends. While your children are with me you will know they are safe and having fun!
