I have my associates degree in elementary education but I am currently enrolled in a school to receive my interior design certifications as well. I have been working with children for almost 10 years now. I have worked as a babysitter and a nanny for numerous families for many years. I was also a head preschool teacher at the Goddard school of Danbury for 4 years as well. I've had other jobs where I have gained a lot of different skills and knowledge aside from child care. Throughout my years working with children, I have been lucky enough to work with children of all ages and different personalities. I am outgoing, creative, reliable, honest, and trust worthy. Aside from my personality traits, I am artistic, I love the outdoors, and I love to read. I have my own and reliable vehicle that is great in the snow, I am CPR certified, a huge animal lover, and I am fully vaccinated!

So we hired Marissa full time after my husband found out he was activated with the army. She seemed great with our son at the interview and trial day but then the first 2 days never showed up, said she was sick which put us in a bind but times like these we understand. She reassured us she's reliable and would 100% be there the next time which we needed because we both have very important jobs. The next day she was suppose to show text us at midnight saying it's not the right fit leaving us with no childcare. I would not hire her if you need someone reliable full time.
