About Marjorie

I've always been passionate about helping children grow and develop, and my babysitting experience solidified my desire to become a childcare provider. I'm patient and creative, and love playing games that get kids moving and having fun! With three years of experience, I'm comfortable caring for up to four children of all ages. I also have a college degree, am CPR and First Aid certified, and have my own car. As a caregiver, I believe open communication with parents is essential. I provide written verbal communication, and regular updates via text or phone calls. I'm also comfortable enforcing household rules and ensuring the children in my care are safe and happy. I have worked in schools with children from 4 years old to 5th grade in an after school program tutoring and assisting with homework. I also have worked at a daycare with the infants up to 3 years old. I have an associates degree in early care and education and am working on my bachelors in early childhood education.
