About Markita

Hi, my name's Markita. My prior experience working with children has mainly been with family members or the kids of family friends. I'm great at sticking to a routine/schedule. I've taken culinary courses so I'm good with meal prep and planning. I don't believe in yelling or "physical discipline"(on my end) because I like keep a safe and controlled environment where each need can be met. I'm attentive and observant and am more than capable to help with activities and tasks for children such as homework arts and crafts science projects etc. I find that children tend to like me because I'm easy going and am able to converse on their level.
