Hello! My name is Marli. I am a full time graduate student at Vanderbilt University in the Human Development Counseling Masters of Education program here in Nashville. I have previously worked an in-home healthcare job as a private duty nurse to special needs children so I am CPR and first-aid certified. I have my own child as well, providing me with personal experience with mothering to supplement my education and work experience. My undergraduate degree is in psychology and neuroscience, so I have a thorough understanding of early childhood development, how a child's brain works, and what is needed to keep a child happy and healthy. With my 5-year-old son starting Kindergarten in the fall, I am hoping to find another family with children that I can work with during the day. My class times are Monday 9am-12:30pm, Tuesday and Thursday 4-7 p.m. Other than those times I can be flexible. I would love to talk with you and see if we can align our schedules!
