I met with Marlin to interview and introduce her to my parents whom she would be caring for. I liked her very much and she accepted the position. I even paid her for her interview time. First day of orientation she no showed with no notice of any kind nor did she respond to my text. Those applying for positions in home care should know that this is the most unprofessional thing that you could do as a caregiver. To not show up or give notice and leave your patients with no care is unspeakable. You have marked yourself as unreliable. I would not hire Marlin.
