June 25, 2024 Dear Sir or Madam, I am delighted to write this letter in recommendation of Martha, who has served as our family’s nanny since 2018. Martha has been a wonderful presence in our home, providing not only exceptional care for our three children, but also becoming a beloved part of our family. Our three children are now grown, and we will no longer be needing full-time childcare starting in Fall 2024. Martha’s dedication to our children’s well-being and development was evident in everything she did. Martha’s nurturing presence provided comfort and stability, making her an irreplaceable part of our household. Her ability to connect with our children on a personal level, ensuring they felt heard and valued, was truly wonderful. Beyond her natural talent with children, Martha demonstrated great responsibility in managing our children’s schedules, including school pickups, sports practices, and doctor’s appointments. Her communication skills were excellent, keeping us informed when we were not able to be present. Her proactive approach and meticulous attention to detail were immensely reassuring and always noticed by our friends, teachers, and coaches whom she interacted with on a weekly basis. Additionally, Martha served as an exceptionally capable household manager. She is incredibly organized and handled much of our grocery shopping, local errands, and various household tasks. These included managing Amazon returns, gift wrapping for the holidays, coordinating home maintenance appointments, and overseeing the organization of our children's closets. Martha also took the initiative to keep the kitchen stocked with healthy snacks and meals prepped for busy weekdays, ensuring our home ran smoothly and efficiently.
