Experienced and professional caregiver looking for a full-time position where I can provide assistance with day-to-day tasks, care, and company for your elderly friend or family member. Services would be provided during normal business hours, with some flexibility towards early starts and occasional weekends. Work History I have worked as a homecare provider for over 5 years. In that time, I have worked with patients with varying degrees of reduced mobility including wheelchairs, dementia and memory issues, managing medications, degraded vision (including completely blind), and diet needs to support chronic conditions such as diabetes.. As part of a patients' care-team I am comfortable tracking and reporting vitals, and interfacing directly with other medical support staff to help make sure all healthcare providers and caregivers are fully informed.
