About Mary

Hi! My name is Mary . I am a sophomore at Anderson University studying Early Childhood and Elementary Education with a 4. 0 GPA. I have an interest in childhood psychology/development and the Montessori approach. I have 2 years experience in a licensed childcare facility and over 400 hours in a classroom. I have always loved working with children and have been babysitting since middle school. Through my collegiate program, I have assisted/observed 3K, kindergarten, and third grade classrooms. I work in a church nursery for children 3 years and under. I tutor underprivileged students remotely this semester. I strive for people to describe me as kind, caring, optimistic, and fun. In my spare time, you will probably find me in a local coffee shop. I love to read, go on picnics, and sometimes a nice run/walk. I like to engage myself academically and try new things.
