About Maryn

Hi there! My name is Maryn! I grew up in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. I have always loved working with and being around children. I like to take a playful approach to my childcare, with the understanding that play, for kids, is fundamental to their development. I am Montessori educated, I align with and admire their philosophy and like apply that to babysitting. I am a very understanding, patient, and empathetic person. I enjoy nature, playing games, and making art. I am the youngest of four children, so I have a strong appreciation for needing a buddy to play with! With 5 years of experience babysitting and nannying ages 0-12, I am confident in my ability to create a fun, creative, and loving environment for any child I care for. I am currently in college but will be in Pittsburgh for the summer from May - August 7th, and will be available all through break to watch your littles :)
