About Maureen

I currently work as a Speech Language Pathology Assistant in an elementary school setting, where I see an average of 106 clients per week. I am responsible for the bulk of all speech therapy and teaching expressive language is my specialty. I love to make speech therapy a fun and positive experience, and to help children grow their language abilities. I have an AS degree in Speech Language Pathology Assisting. I also have an AA degree in Social and Behavioral Science. I am currently enrolled in Arizona State University's undergraduate program for Speech and Hearing Science. I love working with the pediatric population, and while attending school I gained experience working as a tutor in the field of Applied Behavioral Analysis for six years. I have worked as an instructional aide for children with special needs in a school setting for three years. I have also worked as a tutor for Lindamood Bell in Sacramento.
